Hired at various times for professional consultancy at: the Columbia Climate School (generating climate justice materials), Princeton Office of Sustainability (developing ‘co-production’ initiatives/research), Swarthmore Office of Sustainability (organizing observer delegations to the annual UNFCCC COP), and the Pingry School (advising on design of an intensive summer program for high school students).

International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA)

Participated in the prestigious Young Scientists Summer Program at IIASA, conducting an online survey on justice preferences in urban climate adaptation policy design comparing residents of 5 cities globally: NYC, Seoul, Buenos Aires, Johannesburg, and London.

Co-led workshop design, analysis, and reporting of the 2nd annual NYC Climate Knowledge Exchange – a community-based venue for co-produced and equity-oriented climate services & environmental justice research. Fellowship supervised by Adam Parris & Jainey Bavishi.

2016 - 2020

Sustainability Program Manager,
Swarthmore College Office of Sustainability

Helped to launch the Office of Sustainability and to facilitate environmental and climate institutional decision-making, in conjunction with both senior administrators and the wider campus community.

Worked in close partnership with the Director in co-managing a substantial budget and donor funds, leading climate-related institutional strategic planning, supervising office staff, and reporting directly to the College President and the Vice President of Finance & Administration.

Led myriad initiatives involving large-scale project implementation, committee formation and agenda-setting, event planning and community engagement, and Environmental Studies course development.

Founded & served as Program Director for annual pairs of 20 hired students and 20 faculty/staff who worked together to implement high-quality environmental justice & zero waste projects.

Wrote/implemented a plan with the custodial team to introduce a campus-wide compost system and improve all waste streams; oversaw RFPs/contracts; and hosted a large educational campaign.

2015 - 2016

Swarthmore College Office of Sustainability

Oversaw the Office of Sustainability for the first 6 months in the absence of a Director or other staff, and subsequently helped to hire, train, and supervise multiple FT staff and many student interns.
